All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

* Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
* Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vivanta LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Vivanta LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

International Shipping
We may offer international shipping in the future. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
